Castle is very busy with an announcement from Castleʻs Academy Principal, Ryan Mikale about an upcoming activity.

"I am excited to announce the premiere of a Farm-to-table episode of Sam Choy's in the Kitchen at Castle High School. The episode will feature seniors Haven Umiamaka and Noa Ulufale from the Academy of Medical Services and Culinary Arts. This was a collaborative effort between the Culinary and Natural Resources pathways, and an amazing experience for the students. I want to thank Elise Miura and Carlos Labasan-Severson, for their support throughout the planning and filming proccess. Chef Sam Choy was able to tour the farm and selected various freshly harvested produce to use in his recipes. Please support our students by viewing the episode during one of the broadcast dates.
