PACT Hawaii is sponsoring a community grafitti paint out and community clean up day. Who is PACT Hawaii? PACT (Parents And Children Together) is a non-profit organization. Their Mission is "Working together with Hawaii’s children, individuals, and families to create safe and promising futures."
