Castle Alumni/Community Association is proud to support Castle's programs. The Alumni Association has collaborated with the ag program to acquire the poi mill and kitchen. This is one of the results of that collaboration.

Castle's Turama Medeiros, a junior in the ag program, has worked hard with his team to develop a product from beginning to end.  They grew mamaki and lemon grass, dehydrated it in our certified kitchen, blended them into a tea, bagged it, created and printed a professional tea box and shrink wrapped them for food safety and quality control!
